Randy Humphries
Randy Humphries is a veteran talent agent with 36 years of experience in the Christian music industry, playing a pivotal role in guiding and shaping the careers of countless artists. Originally from Charlotte, NC, he grew up in Greenville, SC, before pursuing his passion for music as a voice major at North Greenville University and Belmont University. His deep commitment to faith-driven music has been the foundation of his career.
As a respected and influential industry veteran, Randy is highly sought after for his expertise in artist representation, development, touring, career strategy, and navigating the ever-evolving Christian music landscape. His guidance has influenced numerous artists, promoters, and industry professionals, earning him a reputation as a dedicated champion in the Christian music industry.
Beyond his work as an agent, Randy has shared his knowledge as a lecturer on music business at universities, inspiring students and emerging professionals with his insights.
He resides in the Nashville area with his wife of 32 years, Lisa, and they cherish time spent with their sons and grandchildren.
Steve Maness

Steve is a passionate entrepreneur, preacher, and farmer based in Seagrove, NC, with a heart for both business and ministry. A devoted family man, Steve has been married to his wife Christine for 28 years and takes great joy in being a father to their son Tyler and daughter Becca. Throughout his journey, Steve has always been deeply committed to his faith, and this commitment shapes every aspect of his personal and professional life.
Steve’s entrepreneurial journey spans several different industries, from his time spent promoting a small festival on his farm for over ten years to his work managing artists in the music industry. These experiences gave him valuable insights into the unique challenges artists face while trying to share their message and make an impact. His deep understanding of both business and faith ultimately led him to co-found Vision Artists Agency with his business partner, Randy.
Their mission is to empower Kingdom-focused artists by providing them with a platform not just for booking gigs, but for sharing the love of Jesus through their music and creative expressions.
At the heart of Steve’s work is a passion for seeing artists thrive—helping them use their talents to reach the hearts of others, inspire positive change, and create a lasting impact. His expertise in both business and ministry allows him to bridge the gap between these worlds, using his skills to guide and support artists who are focused on making a difference through their work.
